"St. Elizabeth Commits $400,000 to Address Local Food Insecurity"

St. Elizabeth Healthcare and St. Elizabeth Physicians announced a commitment to donating $400,000 over the next four years to address food insecurity in Northern Kentucky and southeastern Indiana.

We're so excited to see St. E's making a multi-year commitment to supporting food security in our region! Recipients of the donation include partners in our Community Voices in Food project and Green Umbrella members Freestore Foodbank and Last Mile Food Rescue. Food security is a key social determinant of health (SDOH), and we at the GCRFPC love to see hospitals and other healthcare institutions addressing it explicitly and directly.
